I’M NEW TO THE SPORT. WHERE DO I START?
• Prioritize the skills development and recovery protocols. Do not skip over!
• Scale back to 50-75% of volume of the Sport training for first 3-4 weeks.
• Start intensity around 80% and increase as your skill allows.
• Continue to increase intensity first and then volume to 100% of Short Course Program. Your recovery will be your governor of how quickly you progress. Laying a good foundation is key to long term performance.
