I GOT INJURED, SICK OR MISSED SOME TRAINING. WHERE DO I PICK UP?
Just go ahead and pick up where the Team and current training is, but ease back into it. Depending on how long you were out scale back to the beginner progression with cutting the volume and/or intensity until you feel like you are recovering on par again.
Injuries, sickness, or lack of motivation are tell tale signs that we were not recovering or moving well. Use that information to help you adapt your training and prioritize skill mechanics and recovery – especially the breathing and mobility pieces.
