While your Coach will prepare a training program outline based on your Athlete Assessment and a Consultation, the program itself is dynamic. It evolves based on your performance. For example, your Coach will provide you with 1-2 weeks of training at a time and adjust the following weeks based on your performance and state.
Depending on your circumstances and goals, your training program can include: skill work, strength training, conditioning, breath work, mobility and recovery components.
Your program can also be adjusted for interruptions to your regular routine that come up from time to time like vacations, business trips or family events.
It’s far more comprehensive than other “custom” training programs.
*This service is a recurring monthly subscription. After purchase, you will receive an Athlete Assessment Questionnaire to complete. Your Coach will then contact you via email, within 48hrs, to discuss the next steps.
