I AM CURRENTLY INJURED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Injury is mother nature telling us to pay attention. It is never fun being injured but always a good time to reflect on your stress management and recovery practices. It’s also a good time to review your movement patterns and skill. Check out the PSE PRO Video Library for Coaching videos and Drills you can implement or sign on for a Movement Assessment with one of our PSE Coaching Professionals.
We also recommend finding a good practitioner in your area. A good source for physical or manual therapists is the MWOD list.
Follow their recommendations but when it’s time to start back up we suggest easing back into the training at 50% volume and 50% intensity with an extra emphasis on being mindful of your movement and mechanics.
