WHAT DOES PSE PRO PREPARE ME FOR?

PSE PRO prepares you for any event you choose to tackle- short, middle, long, or ultra. Fundamental to our program is skill and progression, and so while we provide a Short Course and Long Course options on PSE PRO, we encourage our athletes to understand their current abilities and adjust the intensities and scaling to their current level versus their end goal. Using this model our athletes have competed in many various events including:

  • 2K-6K Rowing Races
  • Half, Full, and Ultra Marathons
