  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mash the bananas until smooth then mix the bananas with the remaining ingredients until everything has come together.
  3. Prepare a cookie sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper then place 15 scoops onto the sheet.
  4. Gently flatten each cookie with your hand (don’t smash it too much) then bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
