  1. Add all ingredients to heavy duty blender.
  2. The liquid should be approximately 1-2 inches above the pecan line. If you
  3. like a more liquid texture add a more unsweetened milk (you may have to
  4. test this recipe 2 times to get it to the texture of your preference).
  5. Puree ingredients until smooth, 30-45 seconds. Be sure to avoid over mixing
  6. to prevent pecans turning into butter-like texture.
  7. Keep “yogurt” in airtight container overnight to ensure it has time to settle.
  8. Enjoy plain or with cacao nibs and fresh berries.
