In two batches, mix half of the kale, olive oil and seasonings in a large mixing bowl and spread onto two large baking sheets that are lined with foil and oil spray of choice.
Make sure to evenly distribute the kale on the baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, mixing half way through, or until desired crispness.
