Ingredients
  • ½cup Peanut buttersmooth
  • 2 Bananasmashed
  • ½cup Vanilla 3Fu3L or 3Fu3L flavor of choice
  • ¼tsp Salt
  • 2tblspns Spirulinawww.nuts.com if you can’t find a store
  • 2tblspns Chia seed
  • 2tblspns Coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until smooth. These will be a deep green color.
  2. Form each “cookie” into shape of choice – 2 T. per cookie.
  3. Keep these in a sealed airtight container and enjoy as needed – these have the ability to freeze if desired.
  4. If you want to bake these in the oven then place on parchment paper (on baking sheet) and heat at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
