WHAT WEIGHT SHOULD I USE FOR RUCKING?
The weight very much depends on what you are training for and also your skill and experience with a pack. If you are new to rucking or have been injured recently, it is suggested you start light at Level 1 and work your way up as your skill and recovery dictates. At least 3-4 weeks before you advance.
Here are some general guidelines:
Level 1: 35-40lbs
Level 2: 40-50lbs
Level 3: 50-60lbs
Level 4: 60+lbs
