WHAT DAY DO I START ON?
Think of starting PSE PRO like you are just walking onto a new team. Start with the current day with everyone else on your team so that you can get the most benefit and feedback from being on the same page as your teammates and coach. Based off of your activity level and exposure to the sport going in, you can scale the first 3-6 weeks so that your body can adapt and recover to the new stimulus.
