Ingredients
- 1 1/2 each Roma tomatoes seeds removed, minced
- ¼ to ½ Red onion minced (to taste)
- 3 Avocados ripe, flesh removed (diced)
- 1 1/2 Limes juiced
- 1/3 cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ tsp Salt
- pinch Ground cumin
- optional Jalapeno deseeded, minced

Instructions
- Add minced tomatoes and red onion to medium mixing bowl. Stir.
- Add diced avocado to tomatoes and red onion followed by freshly squeezed
- lime juice.
- Gently mash avocado into mixture to desired texture.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, gently.
- Enjoy with any protein or entrée desired…guacamole tends to make
- everything better!
