- 1 Avocado ripe
- 4 T Unsalted butter grass-fed
- 1 T Lemon juice lime juice okay
- 2 tsp Cumin ground
- 1 T Cilantro chopped
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- Pinch each Salt & Pepper
Ingredients

- Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scoop out butter and place onto parchment paper – roll and form into log. Seal tight. Use rubberbands or hair ties if needed.
- If you do not have parchment paper, then put butter into storage container.
- Refrigerate up to 3-5 days. Freezer up to 5-7 days.
- Use on top of fish, chicken, or baked potato. Enjoy!
