- 1 Cauliflower head large and core removed, use florets
- 2 tblspn Extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- 1/3 cup Barbecue sauce of Choice

- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Toss florets with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place florets on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, stir once to prevent burning on one side.
- Remove the cauliflower after 15-20 minutes and place in mixing bowl. Coat with barbecue sauce then place in oven for another 5-10 minutes.
