Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Pecans whole
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsps Ground cardamom
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup Coconut oil unrefined, virgin

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Prepare baking sheet with foil (and sprayed) or parchment paper.
- Spread granola mixture out on baking sheet and bake for a total of ~35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
