Ingredients
- 3 cups Rolled oats gluten-free
- ½ cup Quinoa
- 1 cup Pecans chopped if desired
- ¼ cup Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Ground flaxseed
- ½ cup Coconut oil melted
- ½ cup Maple syrup 100% pure

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and ensure all ingredients are
- evenly coated.
- Add parchment paper to 2 small baking sheets or one large baking sheet and
- spread granola on parchment.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stir, bake 10 minutes, stir, bake 5 minutes then allow
- granola to cool.
- Store in sealed container up to 3 weeks. Enjoy with seasonal berries and a high quality dairy source if desired.
