Ingredients
- 1 lb Gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ lb Macadamia nuts whole
- ½ lb Walnuts whole
- 2 tblspn Chia seed
- 2 tblspn Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Salt of choice
- ¼ cup Honey local
- 1/3 cup Coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup Cacao nibs
- ½ cup Coconut flakes unsweetened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°
- Combine all ingredients, except the nibs and coconut flakes, into a large mixing bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated with the oil and maple syrup.
- Line one large or two smaller baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
- Spread granola mixture on top of the baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes,
- stiring every 7-10 minutes.
- Once done, combine the granola with the coconut flakes and cacao nibs and stir until everything has mixed together.
- Store in an airtight container up to 2-3 weeks. Enjoy over probiotic rich yogurt and berries, pack it during traveling or top on a baked sweet potato for a nice crunch.
