- 1 cup Applesauce unsweetened
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- ½ cup Flaxseed ground
- 1/3 cup Chia seed
- ½ cup Chocolate chips bittersweet
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract pure
- ¼ tsp Salt

- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine until everything is mixed together.
- If you have gloves, put on gloves and roll 24 energy bites – about 1 heaping tblspn each in size.
- Store in airtight container and keep in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks and/or pack with you as you travel throughout the week.
