- 1 lge bunch Kale rinsed, dried, stems removed, coarsely torn, separated, ~1 1/2 lbs.
- 3 tblspn Extra virgin olive oil separated
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder separated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder separated
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt separated

- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In two batches, mix half of the kale, olive oil and seasonings in a large mixing bowl and spread onto two large baking sheets that are lined with foil and oil spray of choice.
- Make sure to evenly distribute the kale on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, mixing half way through, or until desired crispness.
The Purpose: increase overall plant food intake, utilize fats to increase fat soluble vitamin absorption, promote the anti-inflammatory response, regulate free-radical oxidation, feed healthy bacteria and the microbiome within the gut, preparation of a recipe that can be utilized frequently throughout the week, quick and easy, ability of vegetables to taste awesome.
