- 3 Bananas ripe
- ½ cup Walnuts coarsley chopped
- 1 cup Rolled oats gluten-free if desired
- ½ cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup Almond flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 T Maple syrup pure

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mash the bananas until smooth then mix the bananas with the remaining ingredients until everything has come together.
- Prepare a cookie sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper then place 15 scoops onto the sheet.
- Gently flatten each cookie with your hand (don’t smash it too much) then bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
