- 1 ½ lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 4 tblspn Extra virgin olive oil separated
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper ground
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tblspn Rosemary minced
- 2 tblspn Thyme minced

- Toss and rub pork tenderloin with 2 tblspns olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme in a medium mixing bowl.
- Cover and chill the pork for at least 30-60 minutes prior to cooking.
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Preheat large saute pan to medium high heat.
- Add 2 tblspna of olive oil followed by placing one side of the herb marinated pork loin in the oiled pan.
- Sear pork for 4 minutes on both sides then place pork in the oven (in the pan) for at least 8-10 minutes. Continue to check pork until done (145° carry over cooking).
The Purpose: rebuild and repair muscular micro-tears, promote muscle building and adding healthy mass, promote insulin sensitivity, preparation of a recipe that can be utilized frequently throughout the week.
