- ½ cup Peanut butter smooth
- 2 Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Vanilla 3Fu3L or 3Fu3L flavor of choice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tblspns Spirulina www.nuts.com if you can’t find a store
- 2 tblspns Chia seed
- 2 tblspns Coconut flour

- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until smooth. These will be a deep green color.
- Form each “cookie” into shape of choice – 2 T. per cookie.
- Keep these in a sealed airtight container and enjoy as needed – these have the ability to freeze if desired.
- If you want to bake these in the oven then place on parchment paper (on baking sheet) and heat at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
